description
The remote temperature sensor is connected to the thermostat. The sensor thermal head is fixed directly to the film from below, using an insulating tape. It is necessary to ensure a tight fit of the sensor to the film, to ensure the accuracy of the heating temperature adjustment.
Installation of the thermostat of the warm floor
The main function of the thermostat is to maintain the temperature in the room. Temperature measurement can occur as an internal air temperature sensor, or remote temperature sensor. The thermostat can regulate the room temperature by the internal sensor, while simultaneously controlling the maximum temperature of the film heating by the remote sensor. Thus, an effective control of the room temperature is achieved without the danger of overheating the floor covering. When using the thermostat in Heath Plus systems, a remote temperature sensor is used to monitor the operation of the system, which is installed under the film. Thanks to this, the heating of the infrared film and, accordingly, the floor covering is directly controlled. The installation of the thermostat and its connection to the film and the network must be carried out by an installer in accordance with the instructions in the user's manual. The thermostat is connected to an AC network of 50Hz 220V. When connecting, it is important to observe the order of the phase and neutral wires in order to avoid electric shock. The remote temperature sensor is connected to the thermostat. The sensor thermal head is fixed directly to the film from below, using an insulating tape. It is necessary to ensure a tight fit of the sensor to the film, to ensure the accuracy of the heating temperature adjustment. The film strips are connected to the thermostat according to the scheme indicated on the rear panel of the thermostat or the user's manual. After checking all the connections and contacts of the system, it is necessary to check the operation of the thermostat by switching it on.
